In order to find new anticonvulsant compounds,eight norcantharidin-glycine-substituted phenylthiourea compounds were designed and synthesized.The structures of the eight target compounds were identified by IR,1H-NMR and HR-MS.Preliminary test of anticonvulsant activity showed that compounds d7 and d8 had appreciable antiepileptic activity.
