A simple method was described for the preparation of quercetin-bonded silica gel using γ-aminopropyltriethoxy silane as coupling reagent.The structure of the ligand was characterizied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermal analysis and SEM etc.The stability of QBSG was studied.Some important parameters,such as pH,absorption time,the concentration of Bovine Serum Albumin(BSA) which can influence the absorption of BSA were investigated.The comparative study of absorption for SG and QBSG was also carried.The result shows that the QBSG is stable under strong acid condition.It was also found:when the adsorption pH value was 4,the concentration of the BSA was 0.267 g/L,and the adsorption time was 40 minutes,the QBSG owned the greatest capacity of 22.9 mg/g.The QBSG exhibited higher uptake capacity than SG in the same condition.
