Influence of a New Nano-PE-film on the Greenhouse Environmental Factors被引量:1

[Objective] This study was to evaluate the impact of a new controlled release anti-drip nano-PE-film (CRANPF) on greenhouse environmental factors. [Method] CRANPF and conventional anti-drip PE film (CLAPF) were compared in terms of air temperature, light intensity and CO2 concentration by the leafy agriculture greenhouse intelligent monitoring system. [Result] Compared to CLAPF, the air temperature rose slower in CRANPF during hot weather and had better photosynthesis efficiency. [Conclusion] Compared with ODLAPF, CRANPF has better perfor- mance and more extensive application prospects.

The Effect of the Novel "light fertilizer" on the Environment Factor in High Tunnel and Growth of Brassica Chinensis被引量:6

[Objective] The aim was to study the properties of novel "light fertilizer", photo-conversion film, in order to evaluate its effect on the environmental factors and morphogenetic process of crops in the high tunnel. [Method] Photo-conversion film and Iongevous anti-dropping film were compared in terms of light, air and soil temperature utilizing the Facilities of leafy agriculture high tunnel intelligent monitoring system. Verifying the results by farmland experiment. [Result] Photo- conversion film indeed improved the light quality of high tunnel compared with the Iongevous anti- dripping film. The air and soil temperature was raised several degrees. Results of farmland experiment show that the average value of brassica chinensis fresh weight increased 19.15% compared to the control. [Conclusion] Photo-conversion film promotes more crop growth than Iongevous anti-dropping film due to improvement of light quality, air and soil temperature.

Study on New Nano Sun Shading Films

[Objective] The research developed a new kind of nano sun shading films that can be used in summer to maintain the appropriate indoor temperature for crops. [Method] The nano sun shading films were prepared by intercalation method. The films were characterized by XRD, TG, FA, UV-Vis-NIR and outdoor temperature test. [Result] Based on evaluation of cooling efficiency, a reduction 3-4 ℃ can be observed in newly developed nano sun shading films compared to control film. This film can control greenhouse light intensity effectively and decrease indoor tempera- ture, providing crops with appropriate growing temperature by reflecting most of in- frared light. Moreover, part of incident light can be converted to blue light and red light, which is beneficial to photosynthesis in plant. [Conclusion] Agricultural film is an important component to agriculture industry. Thus, agricultural film with improved properties and low cost has a broad application prospect.
