This paper designed a naturally evolution model to simulate the social and economic development of Jiangsu province.Then some parameters in the model were changed and some development patterns were obtained.All patterns were incorporated to design an adjusting model of sustainable development of Jiangsu province.
The evaluative indices system of cities at county level development quality is constructed.According to the goal value of every evaluation and the model of synthesis evaluation,the development quality of 27 cities at county level in Jiangsu provincial is analysed comprehensively from 2000 to 2002.The quantitative model in common condition that measures the degree of harmony development between the qualitative systems of city is used.The development harmony of 27 cities qualitative systems is studied separately on the basis of the model of harmony degree and the synthesis evaluation result in three years urbanization process lately.
The application of the Logistic model is the most widely in describing the development tread of urbanization in region.Because the result that the urbanization process isn’t in accordance with the Logistic model was given by some researchers on the basis of the case analysis since 1949,the Logistic model is modified according to the means of urbanization.The modified Logistic model is used to the statistical analysis on the development trend of urbanization in China.The result of case research shows that the modified Logistic model illustrates the trend of urbanization in China basically.
