Based on the experiences in establishing the SULCMIS,the paper introduces the environments and models for implementing the Document Information Network System in university libraries of Guangdong province.It also discusses the establishment and development for the bibliographic databases,the supporting techniques for communication networks,as well as some considerations for the implementation of the network models.
