At present,English language teaching of the high school is still “spenging more time,but receiving less effects.”ELT methods must be reformed.In recent years,some graduated normal school students,who cant adapt to the demands of the ELT reformation,have been assimilated by traditional education and test education. The article gives out the effective ways which prevent the assimilation of the normal school students and develop the abilities of self-continuing,Multi-level English teaching study.It includes:1)Self-questioning thinking discussion about the lessons of the ELT.2)Multi-level English teaching practice.3)Developing the normal school students abilities of organizing English calss activities.
