There is a strong complex of history in Vietnamese culture, which is demonstrated in many tourist resorts closely related to history, namely the naming of many streets after historical figures, the endless publication of books with war and historic themes, and the influence of history on its folklores and language. To understand Vietnam's perception of its historic culture will be of benefit to the exchange of Sino - Vietnamese culture.
Vietnam’s higher education has greatly improved after the innovation and its open up policy.The improvement can be embodied by its disciplinary system,its training structure and its faculty.However,it has also met some newproblems in the market economy.
