The amino diphenyl ethers were wildly used in many fields.We synthesized a series of amino diphenyl ethers by reduction nitro-diphenyl ethers using Na2S as their reducer.In this article we discussed the reaction condition and the effects.
A new tribrominated-nitro-dihydroxydiphenyl ether has been designed and synthesized,and characterized by‘HNMR,MS,IR spectra and elemental analysis.The bioactivity test showed this compound possessed good antimicrobial activities against eight bacteria.
