测定土壤和植物中的铁常用联吡啶光度法(ε_(522)=8.7×10^(-3)),需4h 显色完全。以二安替比林甲烷(DAM)作为铁的显色剂,虽报道较多,但主要是集中于各种合金中铁的测定。本文研究了用 DAM 测定农业样品中总铁量的各种条件、干扰情况以及方法的应用。实验结果表明,用本法测定农业样品中的铁几乎不受任何元素的干扰,只需把铁转入溶液,不经任何分离或掩蔽手续,就能直接测定多种农业样品中的总铁量。方法的优点是选择性非常好,而且简便、快速、准确、重现性好。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of siliconwas developed.In the presence of aliphatic alcohol ethoxyehther(AEO-9),theoptimum condition for quantitative formation of the ion-association complexof siliconvanadomolybdate blue-Rhodamine 6G in aqueous phase was investigated,The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was 556 nm.The apparentmolar absorptivity was 2.07×105 1 mol-1 cm-1 at 556 nm and Beer’s law wasobeyed in the solution of silicon with concentrations from O to 2.0μg/25ml,This method has been applied to the determination of the amounts of trace siliconin different water samples with satisfactory results.
