The structure of bupirimate was identified by using MS and NMR.The structures of 10 impurities were identified by using GC-MS.The method provides a powerful tool for structure analysis special in complex samples.
Explosive is very important for military affairs and civil affairs.So analysis of this kind of compounds is very important and useful,especially determining the relative molecular mass.It is very difficult to determine the molecular ions,because this kind of material is easy to decompose when heating in the ion source by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Meanwhile,the adducted ions are very serious when analyzing by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The paper presents a new method to determine the molecular ions using ESI MS by computer.The method is satisfactorily used to determine the molecular ions of RDX.
3-Octyl-thiophene is a reactive monomer important derivatives of polythiophen.3-Octyl-thiophene is prepared by coupling 3-bromothiophene with n-octane bromide.The products of the reaction are analyzed by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry.The results show that there are four kinds of compounds in the reactive liquid.The main yield is 3-octyl-thiophene,while main by-product is 3,3’-bithiophene.
