The 10th 5 Year Plan of Scientific and Technical Development for Radio,Film and Television and the 2010 Far Reaching Plan are programmatic documents for scientific and technical works of radio,film and TV during the 10th 5 year plan period in our country.Their contents involve key tasks in all aspects of radio,film and TV scientific and technical works in our country.This paper introduces major works and technical policy of SARFT during the 10th 5 year plan period,and is focused on the main contents of “Digitalization and Networking”,“Wireless,Satellite and Monitoring Systems”and “Digital Radio,Film and TV Program platform”to be realized during this period.
