In this article, we demonstrated that the curative effect of laparoscopic operation was satisfied from 46cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and sum up ourbeginning experience and lesson, such as treatment forbleeding of cystic artery; prevention of injury of commonbile duct and the escape of bile; treatment for rupture of the gallbladder and the escape of stones to the abdominal cavity. We also stressed that high vigilanceshould be maintained to prevent "accidentally injury" ofviscera by the instruments and occurrence of incisional hernia and other complications.
