Tetrabenzoporphyrine (H 2TBP) of plane structure and its Co 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Zn 2+ complexes have been synthesized.The strueture of these complexes were studies by visible spectrum.IR and elemental analysis.
With the inductance couple plasma spectrum (ICPS),the adsorption of Cu 2+ ?Zn 2+ ?Cd 2+ ?Cr 3+ on cholesterol were examined by setting various concentration,acidity,time,and temperature.In aqueous solution,the adsorption relation curve of similar one mtal ion was obtained.The interaction,as compared to the report of medical research,provides a good explanation for the interrelation of trace element with atherosc lerosis.
The article studied the resonance light scattering of protein red alizarin with the simple fluorescence spectrophotometer first.In Britton Robinson butter of 4.10,the red alizarin combined with proteins by intermolecular forces to form complexes,causing an enhance of resonance light scattering(RLS) at maximum wavelength of about 360nm.Based on the enhancement of resonance light scattering a novel method for the determination of proteins using red alizarin was developed.Though it affected by the limit of the filter of spectrophotometer the experiment used the wavelength of incident light doesn’t lie in the maximum wavelength,the method has better linear range within 0~10.0μg/ml,determination limits being 0.04μg/ml.The method had been used to determine total proteins in human serum samples and with accuracy and torelant to many foreign substance.
The content of the total Cholesterol in blood serum of impatient who suffers from coronary heart disease and trace elements including Zn、Cu、Cd、Cr were determined and analysed in the 44 cases of the text in order to know about the relation of interaction of several metal ion and cholesterol and the causes of disease,so as to provide experiment,basis for prevention and cure of the kind of disease and lay the study of theory foundation.
