Titanium dioxide(TiO2) thin-film was prepared by sol-gel method.Some properties of photocatalysis were characterized by the means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),laser raman spectrum(LRS) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the TiO2 was anatase nanoparticle,with a diameter of 10nm,and the thickness of the TiO2 thin-film was about 1μm.Through a series of experiments,it was found that the titanium dioxide(TiO2) thin-film catalyst used in this work has high catalysis performance and stability under the cooperative effect of light and electricity.This will offer the basis for practical application in the future.
