In this paper ,a signal collection and data analysis system is set up .It can precisely detect the failure of rolling bearing caused by normal damages(raceway distress,rolling element damage and too much impurity in lubricating grease).Thus quantitative analysis of vibration is achieved.
Four sets of seal performance (grease leakage, temperature rise)tests for automotive water pump bearings with shaft WB1630103 and WB1630105 are carried out. Statistic analysis of the test datas shows that the grease leakage rate depends deeply on bearing load, well temperature rise depends deeply on bearing speed. In addition, sealing and interference fit are also discussed.
