- 激素和蔗糖浓度对蝴蝶兰愈伤组织诱导的影响被引量:4

- 以蝴蝶兰杂交种P.firedance"SFIL"f006(1294)为试验材料,探讨在MS培养基中NAA、6-BA、蔗糖3种因素对蝴蝶兰根切段及叶片切段愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:(1)当培养基中添加NAA 0.1 mg/L+6-BA0.3 mg/L+蔗糖10 g/L时,根切段诱导率最高,达20%;(2)叶片切段不适宜诱导愈伤组织。

- 马铃薯晚疫病流行病学及防治措施研究进展(英文)
- 马铃薯是世界上最重要的作物之一。晚疫病是影响马铃薯生产的最重要的病害。引起晚疫病的致病菌是致病疫霉。本文简要介绍了马铃薯晚疫病的起源、分布、症状、流行病学以及防治措施,并对进一步研究中需解决的主要问题提出了设想。

- 蝴蝶兰原球茎诱导因素初探被引量:10

- [目的]探讨不同培养基配方诱导蝴蝶兰原球茎的效果及其诱导因素。[方法]以蝴蝶兰(f001和f006)试管苗根尖和叶为外植体,以MS和KC为基本培养基,分别添加不同浓度的6-BA、NAA和活性炭,各设置16个处理组进行原球茎诱导,研究其对诱导蝴蝶兰原球茎效果的影响。[结果]在KC+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+AC 0.3%的培养基中,蝴蝶兰f006根段原球茎状体的诱导率可达20%;f001根段的诱导培养基配方采用KC+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+AC 0.2%,其原球茎的诱导率达17%,f001叶片的诱导培养基配方采用KC+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+AC 0.1%,其原球茎的诱导率达10%。[结论]该研究中所用的6-BA和NAA激素和活性炭浓度在MS和KC培养基上对蝴蝶兰原球茎的诱导影响均不显著;不同外植体在不同培养基中其适宜的外源激素浓度与组合也不同。
