Synthesis, Characterization and Biological Activities of N-Acyl-3-(3-pyridyl)-5-aryl-pyrazoles

Ten novel N-acyl-3-(3-pyridyl)-5-aryl-pyrazoles were synthesized by Claisen condensation of the aryl methyl ketones with ethyl nicotinate, the cyclization with hydrazine hydrate and the N-acylation with acyl chloride in turn. The structures of all the compounds synthesized were confirmed by means of Fourier transform infrared(FTIR), IH NMR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The biological activities of the title compounds were examined by disc diffusion method against Escherichia coil Staphylococcus aureus, Pyricularia oryzae and Rhizoctnia solani. All the N-acyl-3-(3-pyridyl)-5-aryl-pyrazoles exhibited a certain degree of antibacterial and antifungal activities. Comparatively, compounds 3c and 3d exhibited much significant antibacterial and antifungal activities than the other pyrazole derivatives.

H_2O_2处理H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)/SiO_2光催化降解有机染料的研究被引量:4

采用溶胶-凝胶法将Keggin型H4Si W12O40负载在Si O2上,并用30%H2O2溶液对其进行敏化,制得H4Si W12O40/Si O2/H2O2光催化剂,分别利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)对该光催化剂进行表征分析,结果表明H4Si W12O40高度分散在Si O2上,并且经过H2O2溶液处理的光催化剂在935.2 cm^-1出现了一个较弱的过氧基吸收峰,这与过氧多酸化合物的吸收峰较一致。另外,进行甲基橙模拟废水溶液在黑暗条件下的吸附-脱附平衡实验,结果表明在30 min达到吸附-脱附平衡,故优化组实验选择在黑暗下搅拌30 min以达到吸附-脱附平衡。接着对甲基橙的初始浓度、溶液p H以及催化剂用量进行优化。实验发现,在甲基橙初始浓度为15 mg·L^- 1,溶液p H为1.0,催化剂的用量为6 g·L^- 1的优化情况下,光降解3.0 h,甲基橙的降解率达到99.0%,H4Si W12O40/Si O2/H2O2光催化降解甲基橙溶液的过程符合一级动力学反应规律;且H4Si W12O40/Si O2/H2O2对甲基紫、孔雀石绿、亚甲基蓝、罗丹明B和甲基红均具有较高的光催化活性,降解率达87.5%-100.0%。

二氧化硅负载磷钨酸催化合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮衍生物被引量:9

以取代苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯和尿素为原料,以溶胶凝胶法制备二氧化硅负载的磷钨酸(H3PW12O40/SiO2)为催化剂,催化合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮,考察了三组分摩尔比、反应温度、催化剂用量及反应时间对反应收率的影响。研究表明,H3PW12O40/SiO2是合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮的良性催化剂,在取代苯甲醛的用量为0.04 mol,反应温度为90℃的条件下,收率可达73.1%-88.4%。催化剂和产品结构分别经IR、XRD、SEM和1H NMR、IR、MS等技术手段表征。
