Reaction of [(μ-SCH2)2NPh]Fe2(CO)6 with Ph2PCH2PPh2 in the presence of Me3NO·2H2O gave the title complex [(μ-SCH2)2NPh]Fe2(CO)5(Ph2PCH2PPh2)(1)in 78% yield.The new complex 1 was characterized by elemental analysis,spectroscopy and X-ray crys-tallography.It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a = 10.832(2),b = 12.003(2),c = 15.579(3),V = 1785.6(6)3,Z = 2,C32H26Fe2NO5PS2,Mr = 819.40,Dc = 1.524 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)= 1.064 mm-1,F(000)= 840,T = 113(2)K,the final R = 0.0543 and wR = 0.1218 for 6203 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)).The Ph2PCH2PPh2 ligand resides in an axial position of the square-pyramidal coordination sphere of the Fe atom and trans to the benzene ring in order to reduce the steric repulsion between Ph2PCH2PPh2 and the benzene ring.
The title compound 4-(5-((2,4-dichlorobenzyl)thio)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3- yl)pyridine (C20HI4CI2N4S) was synthesized, and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, MS, elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.885(5), b = 8.597(2), c = 16.144(5)A,β= 114.505(4)°, V= 1879.8(10) A3, Z= 8 and R = 0.0320 for 3108 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has activities against Stemphylium lyeopersici (Enjoji) Yamamoto, Fusarium oxysporum, sp. cueumebrium, and Botrytis cinerea with inhibitory to be 53.57%, 66.67% and 24.44%, respectively.
The title compound 8-chloro-3-((4-chlorobenzyl)thio)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridine was prepared from 1-chloro-4-(chloromethyl)benzene and 8-chloro-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridine-3(2H)-thione in the presence of Na OH, and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.8264(6), b = 7.5890(4), c = 13.0960(7) A, α = 93.447(4), β = 98.772(6), γ = 92.615(6)o, V = 668.26(8) A3, Z = 2, the final R = 0.035 and wR = 0.09 for 2259 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The preliminary biological test showed that the title compound has activities against Stemphylium lycopersici(Enjoji) Yamamoto, Fusarium oxysporum. sp. cucumebrium, and Botrytis cinerea with inhibitory to be 51.19%, 62.02% and 15.56%, respectively.
A new 1,2,4-triazole containing cyclopropane moiety was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses. The crystal structure of the title compound (C13H14FN3S, Mr= 263.33) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 12.614(3), b = 7.0202(14), c = 15.556(3)A, β = 110.92(3)°, V = 1286.7(4) A3, Z = 4, F(000) = 552, D,. = 1.359 g/cm3,μ = 0.25 mm-1, the final R = 0.0336 and wR = 0.0898 for 2568 observed reflections with 1 〉 2σ(/). A total of 10093 reflections were collected, of which 3045 were independent (Rint = 0.0268). The herbicidal activity of the title compound was determined, and this compound displays excellent herbicidal activity against Brassica campestris.
Treatment of complex [(μ-SCH2)2NCH2Ph]Fe2(CO)6 with PPh3 in the presence of decarbonylating agent Me3NO-2H2O afforded the rifle complex [(μ-SCH2)2NCH2Ph]Fe2(CO)5(PPh3) in 70% yield. The new complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and 1H (31p, 13C) NMR spectroscopic techniques as well as by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P i with a = 9.3016(19), b = 12.698(3), c = 13.904(3) A, V = 1519.8(7) A3, Z = 2, C32H26Fe2NOsPS2, Mr = 711.33, Dc = 1.554 g/cm3, μ(MoKa) = 1.187 mm^-1, F(000) = 728, T= 113(2) K, the final R = 0.0288 and wR = 0.0680 for 3982 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The PPh3 ligand resides in an axial position of the square-pyramidal geometry of the neighboring Fe atom and trans to the benzene ring in order to minimize the steric repulsion between PPh3 and the benzene ring.
The title compound 2-(((6-chloropyridin-3-yl)methyl)thio)-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole 5(C26H18Cl2N8S4) was synthesized, and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.452(4), b = 12.335(4), c = 13.017(5) A, α = 90.624(5), β = 110.541(5), γ =104.879(4)°, Dc = 1.561 g/cm3, Z = 2, V = 1364.9(9) A3, F(000) = 656, the final R = 0.0300 and w R = 0.0635 for 4206 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The preliminary biological test showed that the title compound has activities against Stemphylium lycopersici(Enjoji) Yamamoto, Fusarium oxysporum. sp. cucumebrium, and Botrytis cinerea with inhibitory activities to be 9.82%, 44.44% and 20.00%, respectively.
The novel Schiff base(E)-8-chloro-NA-(4-(dimethylamino)benzylidene)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridine-3-carbohydrazide was synthesized and characterized by ^1H NMR,MS,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction.The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2_1/c with a = 7.091(2),b = 10.750(3),c = 21.380(6) A,β = 96.299(6)°,V = 1619.7(8) A^3,Z = 4 and R = 0.0351.Theoretical calculation of the title compound was carried out with the B3LYP/6-31 G basis set.The frontier orbital energy and atomic net charges were discussed.It is found that the experimental data show good agreement with the calculated values.And the compound exhibits good antifungal activity against Stemphylium lycopersici(Enjoji) Yamamoto.
5-(4-Cyclopropyl-5-((3-fluorobenzyl)sulfonyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole was synthesized and recrystallized from Et OH. The compound was characterized by ^1H NMR,MS,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. The structure-active relationship and the antifungal activity based on density functional theory calculation(DFT) and antifungal activities were investigated. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P121/n1 with a = 8.929(3),b=12.715(4),c=15.161(5) A°,β = 106.142(3)o,V = 1653.3(9) A°3,Z = 4 and R = 0.0393 for 3930 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Theoretical calculation of the title compound was carried out with B3LYP/6-31G(d,p). The full geometry optimization was carried out using the 6-31G(d,p) basis set.The frontier orbital energy and atomic net charges were discussed. The observed results of the compound have been compared with theoretical results and the experimental data show good agreement with the calculated values. The compound exhibits good antifungal activity.
