Eight rare earth metal ( Ⅲ ) complexes with 2- ( ((4,6-dimethyl)-2-pyrimidinyl) thio)-acetic acid, LnL3· n H2O [HL = 2-(((4,6-dimethyl)-2-pyrimidinyl)thio)-acetic acid; Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm Eu, Gd, Tb; n = 4 or 5], were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, complexometric titration, thermal analysis, conductivity, IR and ^1H- NMR. The results reveal that carboxyl group of the hgand coordinates with rare earth ions in bidentate mode after deprotonated. The water molecules exist as crystal water in the complexes. The anti-tumour activities of HL and some complexes were tested by both the MTT and SRB methods. The results show that the suppression ratios of some complexes against the tested tumour cells (HL-60 human leukemia cell lines, BGC-823 human gastric carcinoma cell lines, hela human cervix adenocarcinoma cell lines and Bel-7402 human hepatic carcinoma cell lines) are superior to HL.
The 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic acid (5FuAA) and its Cu! complex (5FuAACu) were synthesized and the date for the crystal complex was obtained. The interaction of 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic acid (5FuAA) and its Cu! complex (5FuAACu) with DNA was also investigated by using spectral, viscometric, electrochemical and agarose gel electrophoresis methods. The results of interaction with DNA suggest that both 5FuAA and 5FuAACu can bind to DNA in a static electricity attraction mode. But the attraction of 5FuAACu is greater than that of 5FuAA.
A Schiff base ligand 4-[indol-3-yl]-but-3-en-2-one benzoyl hydrazone (HL), and its four transition metal complexes (ML2,M=Cu(, Ni(, Zn( and Co() have been prepared and characterized by means of elemental analysis, EI-MS, molar conductivity, IR, UV-Vis and 1H NMR. The results showed that HL as a bidentate ligand coordinated with transition metal ions to form four-coordination complexes. The antibacterial activity was studied by using the filter scraps diffusion method, and the results indicated that the ligand and the complexes had a low bacteriostatic activity against S. Aureu, P. Aeruginosa and E. Coli. The low in vitro antitumor activity of the title complexes was also observed by using MTT method against KB, A2780, Bel7402 and HELF.
采用反应溅射法在n型硅(100)衬底上制备了ZnO薄膜,分别用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜和荧光分光光度计对样品的结构、表面形貌和光致发光特性进行了表征。X射线衍射结果表明,实验中制备出了应变小的c轴择优取向的ZnO薄膜;原子力显微镜观察表明,薄膜表面平整,颗粒大小约为50 nm,为柱状结构,颗粒垂直于硅衬底表面生长;在室温光致发光(PL)谱中观察到了波长位于434 nm处的较窄的强蓝光发射峰,该蓝光峰的半峰全宽约为50 m eV。对蓝光峰的发光机制进行了讨论,并推断出该蓝光峰来源于电子从Zn填隙缺陷能级向价带顶跃迁。
