Objective: To study the effects of pirarubicin and mitoxantrone for bladder cancer perfusion chemotherapy on the expression of malignant molecules in serum and lavage fluid. Methods:Patients with advanced bladder cancer who underwent bladder cancer perfusion chemotherapy in our hospital between March 2015 and December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the THP group who accepted pirarubicin perfusion chemotherapy and the MTZ group who accepted mitoxantrone perfusion chemotherapy. The serum was collected before and after chemotherapy to determine the contents of tumor markers in serum;the lavage liquid was collected after chemotherapy to determine the contents of malignant molecules. Results:Compared with those of same group before chemotherapy, CXCL5, VEGF, CYFRA21-1, DKK1 and DKK3 contents in serum of both group of patients decreased chemotherapy, and CXCL5, VEGF, CYFRA21-1, DKK1 and DKK3 contents in serum of MTZ group after chemotherapy were lower than those of THP group;ILP-2, CyclinD1, Twist, EpCAM and MMP2 contents in lavage liquid of MTZ group were significantly lower than those of THP group whereas Bad, Bax, TRAIL, FasL, E-cadherin and TIMP4 contents were significantly higher than those of THP group. Conclusion: Mitoxantrone for bladder cancer perfusion chemotherapy can be more effectively than pirarubicin to regulate the expression of malignant molecules.
目的对深圳地区手足口病(hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)肠道病毒71型分离株(enterovirus71,EV71)的VP4基因遗传进化进行分析。方法2009年采集深圳市儿童医院就诊的HFMD患者的粪便标本491份,选取其中8份经细胞培养鉴定为阳性的EV71毒株用RT-PCR扩增VP4基因,利用MEGA4.0软件进行遗传进化分析。结果2009年深圳地区8株EV71VP4基因全长207bp,编码69个氨基酸;8株EV71VP4基因核苷酸同源性为94.2%-98.1%,与深圳2001至2004年分离的17株EV71毒株核苷酸同源性在89.9%~98.1%,与GenBank中其他EV71病毒株VP4的核苷酸同源性为79.2%-100%;其中与亚洲流行株阜阳株(EU703812)核苷酸的同源性最高(100%),其次是C4代表株及2004年深圳株(AY895144)为94.2%~97.1%。除了印度株和其中1株EV71的VP4编码的氨基酸在第54位(ACA)不同之外,其余7株EV71VP4编码的氨基酸序列之间以及与GenBank报道的其他序列同源性达100%。8株EV71VP4基因核苷酸与c4代表株相比有17处不同,除1处以外其余全在简并密码位点上;轻重症病例毒株之间VP4基因序列未见明显改变。进化树显示8株EV71均属于C4基因亚型。结论2009年深圳市流行的EV71属于C4基因亚型,流行的EV71VP4基因非常保守,不属于变异区段,绝大部分核苷酸的变异属无义突变,VP4基因编码的氨基酸变异几乎为0。
We propose an efficient and low-power second harmonic generation(SHG)process in a silicon-compatible hybrid plasmonic microring resonator.By making the microring resonator doubly resonant at the fundamental wavelength of 3.1μm and second harmonic wavelength of 1.55μm,the SHG efficiency is enhanced by almost two orders of magnitude when compared to the previous result induced in a straight plasmonic waveguide.A SHG efficiency of 13.71%is predicted for a low pump power of 20 mW in a ring with radius of 2.325μm.This device provides a potential route for realizing efficient frequency conversion between mid-infrared and near-infrared wavebands on a chip.
Objective: To study the correlation of leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains 1 (LRIG1) and growth arrest and dna damage 45g (Gadd45g) expression in pituitary tumor with the autophagy, apoptosis and invasion of tumor cells. Methods: Patients with pituitary tumor who underwent surgical resection in our hospital between June 2014 and December 2017 were selected, and the invasive pituitary tumor tissues and noninvasive pituitary tumor tissues were collected;patients who underwent surgery for craniocerebral trauma in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group, and normal brain tissues were collected;the mRNA expression levels of LRIG1, Gadd45g as well as autophagy, apoptosis and invasion genes in tissue samples were measured. Results: LRIG1, Gadd45g, Beclin1, LC3-II, Bax, NKG2D and E-cadherin mRNA expression in invasive pituitary tumor and noninvasive pituitary tumor tissues were significantly lower than those in normal brain tissues whereas PTTG1, c-Myc, Gal-3, Bcl-2, EphA2, HSP27, MMP14 and VEGF mRNA expression were significantly higher than those in normal brain tissues, and LRIG1, Gadd45g, Beclin1, LC3-II, Bax, NKG2D and E-cadherin mRNA expression in invasive pituitary tumor tissues were significantly lower than those in noninvasive pituitary tumor tissues whereas PTTG1, c-Myc, Gal-3, Bcl-2, EphA2, HSP27, MMP14 and VEGF mRNA expression were significantly higher than those in noninvasive pituitary tumor tissues;LRIG1 and Gadd45g mRNA expression were positively correlated with Beclin1, LC3-II, Bax, NKG2D and E-cadherin mRNA expression, and negatively correlated with PTTG1, c-Myc, Gal-3, Bcl-2, EphA2, HSP27, MMP14 and VEGF mRNA expression. Conclusion: The low expression of LRIG1 and Gadd45g in pituitary tumor can inhibit the autophagy and apoptosis of tumor cells and promote the invasion of tumor cells.
A novel [1+1] Schiff-base macrocyclic compound 3 has been synthesized from precursor 1, 1,3-bis(2'- formylphenoxy)-2-propanol, and precursor 2, resorcinol-bis(4-aminophenyl)ether, via condensation and cyclizaction using Ba2+ as template. The macrocycle 3 was further reduced giving saturated macrocycle 4. The structures of 3 and 4 were characterized by elemental analysis, ~H NMR, IR, and MS spectra, and their structures were determined via single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that the macrocyclic compound 3 has a folded conformation, and the corresponding reduced product 4 adopts a twisted and folded conformation due to its flexible nature. ~ 2013 Bi-Xue Zhu.
