Based on the revolutionary spirit of Marx,Lenin and Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping’s concept of opening up to the outside world is not only a conclusion from Chinese historical experiences but also that of a scientific summation of world history and precise understanding of momentum of international economic development. The framework of China-AFTA is a remarkable model of south-to-south cooperation as well as a milestone in the history of their relations. Though it is arduous to carry on the cooperation,it sheds light on its future. In this respect,Deng Xiaoping’s concept provides ways to deal with new conflicts and solve new problems,which might arise in the process .Yet,by means of justice,fairness,mutual benefits and co-existence,the two sides will be able to realize mutual development and prosperity if they cooperate well.
